Bible.org Logo Ideas

Not sure if I should use the bold Gotham font lowercase or if I should go with Trajan uppercase.

I realize the Bible is very simple, but this is Bible.org after all, so I thought it might be fitting... The other logo is an attempt to cross the pages of a Bible with a "globe", but I think it looks a little more like a postmark than anything...

Thoughts?

How are you using this in your church? Helps to have some background.

Sorry, this is a logo design for bible.org ... context can be seen in the link provided in the caption.

I like #1. The actual book looks too detailed to be a logo.

I like #1 too because it brings more color to the logo.

Maybe this is silly to mention, but I did want to point out that I didn't do the site design, just the logo. They're working with a lot of legacy technology held together with duct tape, so a massive design overhaul is still a ways off. They wanted to start out with a reboot of the logo.

Hope that helps explain a little.

#1 gets my vote.

The swash/circle graphic reminds me of the FirstMileUSA.com swash/circle graphic.
